The Rock is home from filming, and he got to spend some time with his two younger daughters. Since Jasmine, 7, and Tiana, 4, know that their dad wears makeup at work, they thought they would put some on him while he was home.
Therefore, Tiana got the pink lipstick and covered his whole face with the stuff. While Jasmine just did her own thing with the back of his head.
There was only one problem; he had a Zoom meeting shortly after that. Well, the meeting got cancelled because he spent the next hour trying to get that makeup off.
Was he mad? DJ wrote, “Hey they’ll be a time down the road when this stuff won’t matter to them anymore, so sign me up – daddy’s in: 🙋🏽♂️😂”
And that is why he is such a great dad, and his three daughters are lucky to have him as their father.
Oh, and pink is so not his color. Next time they should try red or purple!
The other night on Young Rock, Dwayne Johnson told the story about how he started his acting career on a show called The Net. So here he is when he was 26 making his acting debut in 1999. He is coming a long way since then.
The Rock came home for Christmas, and his daughter wanted him to look festive for the holiday. Therefore, Jasmine, 7, put a wig and makeup on her dad. And I bet he is wishing he was back on the set because doing stunts because it is easier than anything his little tornadoes do to him.
Actually, DJ loves being with his girls, and because of that, I think he is the celebrity father of the year! I wonder if he would consider adopting me!
The Rock spent 15 years trying to get Black Adam made, and it finally happened. It made it all the way to theaters and delighted fans all over the world. Therefore, a sequel seemed like a done deal. But today, we found out it is not happening.
“My passionate friends, I wanted to give you a long-awaited Black Adam update regarding the character’s future in the new DC Universe. James Gunn and I connected, and Black Adam will not be in their first chapter of storytelling,” he wrote. “However, DC and Seven Bucks have agreed to continue exploring the most valuable ways Black Adam can be utilized in future DC multiverse chapters.”
Even though DJ’s dream is on hold, he is not bitter toward Gunn. The two have supported each other through the years and will continue to do so.
Today’s revelation says to me that if Black Adam and DJ can’t move forward with the DC Studios’ chiefs, no one can. I think everyone is going to be replaced with the new regime. And that isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
