Adam Richman learns the hard way what use a golf ball cleaner on!
August 20th, 2013 under Adam Richman, Travel Channel. [ Comments: none ]

So Adam Richman posted this video on Vine of him curled up on the ground in pain pointing to a golf ball cleaner, telling us “Owwwwwww, I used it incorrectly.” Since we didn’t see what actually happened, we are left to assume that host of Fandemonium was nuts enough to use his attached balls on them. Which makes you wonder why he felt that they needed that type of cleaning? Yes we like them shiny and new, but we don’t want them smooth like a baby boy’s.
Seriously why didn’t anyone yell fore to him before he handicapped himself? I mean after that experience, I don’t think he will be getting a hole-in-one anytime soon.

A bare chested Adam Richman will give you Fandemonium!
August 19th, 2013 under Adam Richman, Travel Channel. [ Comments: none ]

Adam Richman has a new addictive show on Travel Channel, Sundays at 9p, called Fandemonium and he came up with an interesting way to promote the show. While answering questions on Vine, he ripped open his shirt to reveal a poster taped to his chest that reads when his show is on.
Now that the Man v Food host has won the battle against food, I have to say he looks great without a shirt. Not that he looked bad when food was winning! Hopefully we will see more of him like that during season 2 of the show, that is when Travel Channel makes the smart choice to bring it back. Seriously isn’t Fandemonium the most original and fun show on TV this summer!
So tune in on Sunday to see Richman take his road show to Laconia Bike Week in New Hampshire.

If you are passioniate about barbecue, then you’ll love Fandemonium tonight!
August 4th, 2013 under Adam Richman, Travel Channel. [ Comments: none ]

Adam Richman is taking the Travel Channel’s Fandemonium down to Memphis tonight at 9p for the World Championship of BBQ Contest. You will see people cook a pig in a converted Jeep and someone else use a mailbox to smoke their meat. Proving you can barbecue in anything and everything, and make it taste like the best thing you have ever eaten. Another fun moment in this episode is you will see host Adam Richman drink a lot of alcohol, something you rarely see him do on any of his shows. His reaction to that is classic and you don’t want to miss it. And once you are done watching this episode, you will be buying ticket to Memphis in May just to experience all the barbecue you could ever want.
I could honestly taste it all through my screen and that is because Adam Richman knows how to describe things so that each one of your senses feel like they are there with him. It’s his passion that makes the show. Something he understands as he recently told me on a conference call about the show that shows people enjoying something as the biggest fans with other people that love that thing as much as they do. He said, “That’s a level of passion, the likes of which, I envy.” Then he added, “But I think I’m just so passionate about passion that I think that for me I’m right exactly where I need to be because I could be a stampede fan, a rodeo fan, a Kentucky Derby fan, and Daytona fan, all in the span of the same month. You know, and I’m grateful for that.”
It is his passion that makes every show he hosts, so why not watch this show that is about the most passionate fans enjoying the thing that they share a passion for more than anyone else. You might find you have a passion for it. That is a lot of passion and that is what Fandemonium is all about.

Fandemonium will make you a super fan of Adam Richman
July 14th, 2013 under Adam Richman, Travel Channel. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 10p Adam Richman is back with his fourth series on the Travel Channel and you will quickly become a fan of Fandemonium.
There are several different group activities around the country going on at any given time and they all have their super fans. Tonight at 10p and 10:30p Adam Richman will focus on one of these events in each episode and you will get to know the people behind these gatherings.
On the season premiere he goes to Daytona 500 where people give up two weeks of their lives to camp out at the NASCAR race. They have RVs dressed up to the nines that are nicer than most hotel rooms in the area. They hang out together, they eat together and most importantly they play together. There homes away from home are so luxurious that some of the racers even come out to play with them. And you will get a behind the scenes look at all of this from Adam Richman’s eyes.
Then at 10:30p the Brooklyn boy goes to Trucks Gone Wild at the Redneck Yacht Club in Punta Gorda, FL and he has a muddy good time getting dirty with the best of them as he eats an 11-layer BBQ parfait called Love In a Cup. That’s right, Fandemonium wouldn’t be an Adam Richman show if he didn’t try the delicacies they have to offer and it is fun to see what each of the 13 events have to offer. Each serving looks yummier than the one before it.
In the remaining 11 episodes of the first season, he will also explore Arctic Man Ski and Sno-Go Classic (Paxson, Alaska), Beer, Brats & Brewers (Milwaukee, Wis.), Bonnaroo (Manchester, Tenn.), Calgary Stampede (Calgary, Alberta), Country Stampede (Manhattan, Kan.), Indy 500 (Indianapolis, Ind.), Kentucky Derby (Louisville, Ky.), Laconia Motorcycle Week (Laconia, N.H.), Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest (Memphis, Tenn.), San Fermin in Nueva Orleans (New Orleans) and Scarborough Renaissance Festival (Waxahachie, Texas).
What makes Adam Richman’s Fandemonnium so addictive is the host himself. He comes off as a fan, who enjoys the festivities just like everyone else who is there and you can tell he is not faking it. So by him having a great time, you get to have a just as good of a time learning about a tailgating culture you never knew about. I know where I am going to book to my next vacation thanks to Adam Richman’s Fandemonium.
So tune in to the show every Sunday night at 10p, and see where the family and you are going on your next vacation thanks to this series! You know, you want to check out a place that is called Redneck Yacht Club.

Rock My RV with Bret Michaels makes me want to buy one!
May 26th, 2013 under Bret Michaels, Travel Channel. [ Comments: none ]

Tonight at 9p and 9:30p on the Travel Channel, Bret Michaels answers people’s requests to Rock My RV. In each episode the Poison singer will turn toxic looking RVs into ones that can make beautiful music.
You will see these dated looking cramped RVs that families and such travel in and you wonder how they have been doing it all of this time. So Bret and his crew go in and give these motor homes a makeover that is so freaking cool that even this girl is thinking she wants to own one. Watching these transformations is absolutely incredible because they turn these tiny looking metal boxes into something that looks so luxurious, spacious and homey. If you are like me you will consider giving up your 365 day residence for one of these. That is how good of a job they do these RVs. Who knew RVs be so cool?
So tune in to be as shocked as I was by how rockin’ these RVs turned out to be with a little help from Bret Michaels and his crew.
