Dustin Ferguson, who has brought us Cocaine Cougar, Big Freaking Snake, and Ebola Rex, is back with another mega movie. This one is Mega Ape and stars the talented Bai Ling and the late Tom Sizemore.
The film is about a team of animal rights activists who unknowingly release a genetically engineered ape from a top-secret research facility. He soon grows to an enormous size and embarks on a rampage of total destruction in Hollywood.
And as someone who lives on the other side of the hill, I am happy they are keeping it in Hollywood.
And on that note. I am thrilled that Hollywood is doing more creature features like this. Because who doesn’t love seeing a city being destroyed by a Mega Ape? That is why we can never get enough of King Kong.
Mark your calendars because Mega Ape comes home on September 12th.
Shows like Ted Lasso and The Crown have been sweeping the Emmys. However, it looks like they are going to lose their Emmy title to the 7-part series Barbee Rehab.
What makes this drama so award-worthy? First off, it stars three powerhouses, Tom Sizemore, Janice Dickinson, and Bai Ling.
But it is not only about the names. It is also about the content. Sizemore claims he went to a rehab that is all about people who are obsessed with Barbie and Ken dolls. I am assuming it is next to Barbie’s Malibu Beach House. But we don’t know because not even his psychiatrist (Dickinson) believes him.
He needs to prove it is real, or he will be sent to where Skipper dolls go and are never heard from again.
Ryan Murphy’s reign over limited series is over thanks to the brilliant minds of Writer, Director, and Producer Derek S.Orr and Producer, Writer, Set, and Costume Designer Vanessa Bednar.
Barbee Rehab begins streaming on May 6th on Tubi and will release a new episode every week.

Bai Ling and Tom Green were photographed together on the E3 2012 VIP red carpet and I wonder if they have something to tell us? Probably not but wouldn’t they be the perfect couple if they did. Seriously if they started dating I could totally see them getting a reality show together and it would be the best thing since Strange Love was on the air. They so have to hook up, someone make please make this happen.

Something I never thought could happen, but Bai Ling was able to find someone who loves her as much as she loves herself…and that person is, well, herself. Seriously did you really think anyone could love her as much as she loves herself? Hopefully she will be happy with herself. As you know California does not allow same-sex marriages, but I wonder if they all same-person marriages?
