Jimmy Fallon sings himself out of The Tonight Show
September 24th, 2019 under Gwen Stefani, Jimmy Fallon. [ Comments: none ]

Yesterday, Ben Platt and Gwen Stefani were guests on The Tonight Show and they could not wait to come out. Therefore, when Jimmy Fallon mentioned that the actor was a guest on the show, he came out way before his time.

When the actor realized his mistake, he sang a song declaring he is out of the business. Done in the likes of Broadway. As he was going backstage, the NBC host mentioned The Voice coach’s name and she came out early too.

Like Splatt, she too feared she is out of the business. Fallon reassured she is not. However, he lost his temper. When she went backstage, Jimmy contemplated that he too is out of the business.

That is when Tariq Luqmaan Trotter told him told his friend that he is out of the business. Not only that, The Roots’ singer announced that he is the new host of The Tonight Show.

Tune in for The Tonight Show starring Tariq Luqmaan Trotter tonight at 11:35p on NBC!

Seriously, someone needs to give Trotter a role on Broadway because he can sing a million times better than the Broadway star. Platt should consider getting out of the business after being outsung by a rapper.

There are more than words between The Voice coaches
September 13th, 2019 under Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani, John Legend, Kelly Clarkson, The Voice. [ Comments: none ]

One of the sappiest songs ever recorded is Extreme’s More Than Words. This season the coaches of The Voice harmonize that tune together. Can a Popstar, a Country boy, an R&B artist and a Country Popstar get the melody down as one coherent group? That is what Gwen Stefani, her boyfriend Blake Shelton, John Legend and Kelly Clarkson attempt to do with Carson Daly on guitar.

How did they do? Surprisingly. the love song worked for the American Idol winner and the one who won an EGOT. However, it was not made for the couple’s voices. They came off as really nasally. It made question if the No Doubt singer can sing without the help of a producer if you know what I mean?

The Voice is back on NBC September 23rd.

If only Gwyneth Paltrow would take the advice of her Mean Tweet!
September 26th, 2017 under Gwen Stefani, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jimmy Kimmel. [ Comments: none ]

It was time for another edition of Mean Tweets on Jimmy Kimmel Live and several A-listers like Gal Gadot, Emma Watson, Jake Gyllenhaal, Elisabeth Moss, John Lithgow, Dave Chappelle, Jeffrey Tambor, Jennifer Aniston, Jim Parsons, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Jennifer Lawrence, Kristen Bell, Bob Odenkirk and Michael Keaton. found out what the Twitterverse really thinks about them. Alec Baldwin read a Tweet from @RealDonaldTrump, but sadly in his own voice. Someone Tweeted about Gwyneth Paltrow, “Can Gwyneth Paltrow just stick to steaming her vagina and shut the f*ck up for f*ck’s sake?” Who else agrees with that besides me? Finally, they saved the best for last. Someone wondered if Kumail Nanjiani’s little Kumail is different colors. His comeback proves that some celebrities can be meaner than their Mean Tweets! And his was meaner than mean and funnier than funny!
