I try to watch some screeners without knowing anything about them, and I am glad that My Kitchens Rules was one of them. That was me and I am going to tell you why you need to watch this Fox show tonight at 9p.
Brandy and Ray J Norwood, Lance Bass and his mom, Andrew Dice Clay and his wife (yes he has one), Naomi Judd and her husband Larry Strickland, and Brandi Glanville and her ex-husband’s wife’s ex-husband Dean Sheremet all cook for the other ones and only one team will win.
On tonight’s season premiere Brandy and Ray J host the first dinner party at their home for everyone including professional Chefs Cat Cora and Curtis Stone followed by the Basses at their abode for the second outing. Each team has to prepare an appetizer and a meal for everyone, and then the dinner party guest and the Chefs vote how yummy the food was. The team with the lowest scores after everyone has entertained goes home until there is one.
Those are the logistics, here’s what’s not in the description. Brandi Glanville is that bitch you didn’t want to invite but had to and all she does is say stuff that insults everyone that is there. You just want to kick her out, but you can’t. She is just horrible and at each party she says something so shocking and rude you wonder why they don’t say anything to her. Since you are not there, it is fun to watch.
The rest of them are also entertaining, just not as much. Andrew Dice Clay is much nicer than you thought and funnier. Larry Strickland is the coolest one of the bunch. Ray J will surprise you while Brandy with a y isn’t taking Brandi with an i’s sh!t! Then there’s Lance Bass and he is just as you would expect. But then again his mom is there, so he has to be on his best behavior.
All of this as we find out that celebrities can cook. But the best dish served is this show, so make a reservation because you don’t want miss it.
*NSYNCers Joey Fatone and Lance Bass are in St Maarten at The Westin Dawn Beach and they look to be having a gay ole time. Now when it comes to those pictures, wow I just don’t have the words to describe them. Wow, just wow.
BTW looks like Joey Fat-One needs to go back on the Dancing with the Stars diet.
Lance Bass is talking *NSYNC and he is saying that they might be singing Hi Hi Hi soon according to MSNBC!
“We’re definitely itching to do some music,” Bass said of reuniting with fellow 'N Sync members Justin Timberlake, Joey Fatone, JC Chasez and Chris Kirkpatrick. “We’ve always discussed it. It’s always a possibility and we still owe some records to the record companies.”
“I want like the seriousness of the possibility,” O’Dell asked of the reunion actually happening.
“The seriousness is good,” Bass said. “I’m serious!”
As for the rest of group members, who all have their own projects in the works, they too are on board for a reunion, according to Bass — now if they could only get Timberlake to take a break.
“(They’re) pretty serious, (but) it’s gonna be hard to get Justin to calm down and get off tour. He has not stopped since our last tour. He’s a workaholic,” Bass said.
“It could be possibly a year, it could be five years from now,” Bass said. “Depends on everyone’s schedules kind of aligning together.”
Bass said the reunion will happen on their own terms.
“We’ll do it on our own time. We’re going to make it very organic and it won’t be rushed, that’s for sure!” he added.
Hopefully Jive will try to collect on those albums that they are owed sooner, rather than later. But then again Lance Bass could be saying that just to get votes on Dancing with the Stars?
Lance Bass told E! News that he married his girlfriend of the time (back when he was in) for like 5 minutes in Vegas around the turn of the century.
"People do stupid things in the heat of the moment. I've been in Vegas where I've gotten married for, like, five minutes," he said. "No one talks about that though."
"You know it was one of those crazy moments where you're with a friend and you're like 'Hey, wouldn't it be fun if we did this?' and that's all that happened. It's the Vegas thing to do."
"In fact, the only reason we did it is because we wanted to get free drinks all night. And we didn't get one. We're like, 'We just got married!' They're like, 'Ah. Whatever.'
He did not tell them the name of his ex-wife, who is still a friend of his or how they ended their marriage. I wonder if they consummated the marriage…oh wait that was probably how they got it annulled.
You know I actually commend him for doing that, I would love to do something wild like. But with my luck, I would meet the one guy who would think the marriage was for real.
