Melissa Gilbert and Timothy Busfield let the world know they are dating by announcing to Us Weekly that they are engaged! According to the magazine Half Pint and Poindexter have known each other professionally for 20 years, and recently they made their relationship more personal. So personal they got engaged over the holidays.
No word when they will be tying the knot, but hopefully Nellie Olsen is her maid of honor and Booger is his best man!
I have to admit that when I read the story, I didn’t believe there was any truth to it because it so random. I mean no one knew they were dating and then they are engaged. Plus it is Half Pint from Little House marrying Poindexter from Revenge of the Nerds, who would’ve thought?

A year and a half ago Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris were going to get married and then days before their wedding she walked out him. Then over a year later she moved back in with the Playboy mogul and according to TMZ they are going to try the whole wedding again. This time the big day is New Year’s Eve which makes sense because if he gets her drunk enough she won’t be able to leave.

Jake Owen was playing a charity concert in his hometown of Vero Beach, Fl and at the end of the show he brought his girlfriend on stage to be with him. Then he got down on one knee and asked Lacey Buchanan to marry him. Of course she said yes because how could you say no to a proposal like that in front of all of those people. Several hearts were broken over the news, but looking at happy they are I think they will get over it.

Valerie Bertinelli just turned 50 last month and she did an interview with AARP to celebrate it. Besides turning half a century something else big happened to her…her boyfriend of 6 years proposed to her on a romantic getaway to Italy! Can I tell you I saw her new TV Land show Hot in Cleveland and she looks freaking amazing. I know she is 50, but she looks exactly the same as she did when she was on One Day at a Time. It is like she hasn’t aged a day. During the AARP interview she says she has wrinkles, I didn’t see a single one when I watched the pilot that premieres on June 16th. BTW can I tell you I loved loved loved the pilot and not only because Betty White is in it, but because it is hysterical! Hot in Cleveland will cool off your hot summer nights!
Finally some good news for Christina Applegate, she is making like the first word of the show that made her famous and getting Married! According to Us Weekly Porno for Pyros’ Martyn LeNoble proposed to her on Valentine’s Day and as of now they have not set a date. And once they do set a date hopefully she will complete the title of that show and be …with Children!
This is her second marriage she was previously married to actor/writer Jonathan Schaech, who is also engaged.
