|  What’s a guy to do when he’s "dated and made love to some of the most desirable, beautiful starlets in Hollywood" but still can’t find love? If you’re Scott Baio, you find two co-writers to package up your pinhead thoughts and try to sell a book. Perhaps emboldened by the success of early ’90s casualty Tori Spelling, who sold her memoir to Simon & Schuster for $300,000 in December (albeit, after asking for $2 million), Baio is shopping around his own, poignantly titled tell-all, BaioWatch: How I Dated and Loved Hollywood’s Most Beautiful Women and Ended Up Alone.
On losing his virginity at the age of 16 to Happy Days co-star Erin "Joanie" Moran:
"I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t know what to say after we got naked. So for the first five minutes, maybe less—hell, it might have been the first twenty seconds—I’m doing it and thinking, man, this is really uncomfortable. What happened was, my thing was between the cushions on the couch and I didn’t even know it. Instead of being inside Erin, I was humping a corduroy sofa!"
On being a teen heartthrob:
"I got tight with Charles Laufer, the owner and publisher of Tiger Beat, which became an effective promotional tool…. One girl sent me her underwear that she’d peed and menstruated in, didn’t wipe and ran a mile in, so I could have her natural body fluids and odors.

"’I really want your sperm. You’re a talented, good-looking Italian guy. That’s what I want my child to be.’ I was incredulous. ‘What are you gonna do with my sperm?’ ‘Well, I’m going to take my egg and put it into somebody else’s body.’"

Former teen idol David Cassidy is telling all — in the U.K. The heartthrob who crooned for “The Partridge Family” in the 1970s has written a no-holds-barred memoir that will be published in Great Britain next week – but there’s no U.S publisher. “Could It Be Forever” tells of Cassidy’s drug use, wild sex, his infatuation with Meredith Baxter, a romp with Barbara the Butter Queen who liked to cover her sex partners with butter, and an encounter with 1950s screen star Gina Lollobrigida. “I’ve always been very comfortable with my sexuality and my brothers call me ‘Donk’ — as in Donkey. People have talked about me being ‘blessed’ in my physique,” Cassidy writes in the book. “The first time [I met Gina Lollobrigida] she looked me up and down and said: ‘I hear you’re a monster. I want to meet the monster.’ Well, I decided that if I had it, there wasn’t any point in just keeping it in the holster all the time.” A spokeswoman for Cassidy says “Could It Be Forever” is being published in the U.K. because the 57-year-old singer is still almost as popular there as he was in his heyday. Discussions are ongoing with a U.S. publisher.
Kirk Douglas has written a new memoir about his colourful sex life. The 90-year-old Oscar winner has recalled how he lost his virginity with his teacher and enjoyed bizarre bedroom sessions with a German airline stewardess. In ‘Let’s Face It – 90 Years of Living, Loving and Learning’ Kirk reveals: "I had been a ragamuffin kid of 15 coping with a neighbourhood filled with gangs. Under my teacher’s guidance I became a different person. I am eternally grateful. "By today’s standards she would have gone to jail. I had no idea we were doing something wrong. Did she?" The ‘Spartacus’ actor also romanced a "big, tall blonde" airline stewardess who loved being "disciplined" in bed. In the height of passion, she would scream "I’m a Nazi!" which was Kirk’s cue to slap her. While enjoying an active sex life, Kirk insists he did have some morals about love. When he was seduced by a wealthy girl one summer, he refused to take the relationship any further because he was more interested in her Cadillac. The Hollywood legend said: "I met a very attractive girl with rich parents. She said her father would buy us a nice apartment in New York and take care of all of our expenses while I was in drama school. "She had a beautiful Cadillac and there was the extra dividend of good sex. What else could a poor Jewish boy want? But deep down inside I knew I would end up as a man without character. Bottom line, I just couldn’t do it." Kirk also revealed Ava Gardner once turned up at his apartment in the middle of the night crying over her marriage to Frank Sinatra. He said: "Ava was sobbing. She said they had had an argument. Frank had a gun. He threatened to commit suicide. I said, ‘Ava, married people have arguments. Frank loves you. You must go back and try to act like nothing happened.’"
