Times are tough even bears are door to door salesmen

Marysol Deeley heard someone trying to enter her Dorion, Ont. house on Saturday morning according to CBC, so she looked out the window and saw it was a cub. Then she heard it at the door, so she opened it up and said, “Well hello, what are you doing in our yard?” And with that the baby bear got scared and ran away. Which is a shame because I am sure she would have invited it in for some tea and honey without the tea.

These ducks could not duck the crime!
July 10th, 2017 under Animals. [ Comments: none ]

July 4th is a day for fireworks, but they had a different type of fireworks in New Milford, Pa. Four ducks were taken in by Great Bend Police and booked for loitering at a Susquehanna County gas station according to WNEP.

The four criminals had left their home before, but they never made it as far as the Pump and Pantry until now. That is why when their owner got the call that they had been arrested, booked and web printed she was like, “I thought it was funny, I’m like ‘are you serious?'”

They were, but it was all in fun. Do not worry after she paid their bail in bills, they were allowed to go home and do their time in their creek. Which gives new meaning, up sh!t’s creek!

Great Bend Police enjoyed the diversion so much, they posted about it on Facebook! I mean it is not everyday, you have a fowl crime like this one.

I think this orchestra will learn to play Who Let the Dogs Out?

The Vienna Chamber Orchestra was playing Mendelssohn’s Symphony No.4 at an outdoor venue in Ephesus, Turkey, when someone decided to crash their performance. That someone was a sweet yellow lab, who decided to lie down next to the first violin, who was front and center. Once the arfdorable pup was comfortable, he did what most of us do when we hear classical music…yawn!

You have to respect the musicians for carrying on with the show when they were no longer the stars of the night. That honor went to the unnamed dog, whom we should name Barkhoven, because he became the conductor that everyone was paying attention to from that moment on.

Ever wonder what it looks like if you get eaten by an alligator?
June 27th, 2017 under Animals. [ Comments: none ]

I love creature features, so I have seen my fair share of killer alligator movies. In those films, we have seen people being eaten by the reptile but we do not see what it looked from inside their jaws. Until now…

The Gator Crusader strapped a GoPro to his head and stuck it into the mouth of an alligator to show us what it looks like. All I saw was a tongue. And I was just as scared of it as one my ex-boyfriends who was a really bad French kisser. We have all had at least one.

Now back the Crusader, one question “Why?” What if he bit too hard and we got to see the horrors of being eaten by a gator? Actually, since I like those types of Horror movies, I would probably enjoy it.

Gotta love GoPros, they make people even dumber than they used to be and they give the Darwin Awards many more people to add to their list every year.

This year’s World’s Ugliest Dog is…
June 24th, 2017 under Animals. [ Comments: none ]

Every year the Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma, CA names the World’s Ugliest Dog and this year’s most arfdorable pup is a Martha, a 3 year old Neapolitan Mastiff. How did she react to her title? By farting and it smelled like roses.

Here’s her story, she was rescued from “Sebastopol California in chronic pain and nearly blind from a long neglected eye condition. After several surgeries, she has regained much of her sight and is now pain tree for the first time in her life. As she has recovered from surgery and is feeling better, a delightfully funny and affectionate girl has emerged. She’s 12’5 pounds of drooling, snoring, gassy, loud and silly girl. She knocks over every water bucket no matter how securely attached to the fence. She bosses the other dogs around and makes sure all guests are suitably slimed on arrival. This is our first time entering.”

Now not only does she have a loving home, she is $1,500 richer and has a trophy declaring she is the World’s Ugliest Dog. But I think she is beautiful! The uglier the dog, the more barkiful they really are to the World!
